Berry Besties Spritzer

⅔ cup Sunny with a Chance of Flowers Sauvignon Blanc
2 strawberries
2 wedges meyer lemon
1 ½ oz elderflower liqueur
Dash rosewater 
Sparkling water
Pink peppercorns
Garnish: strawberries, edible flowers

 

1. Add strawberries and lemon wedges to a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add elderflower liqueur, rosewater and ice and shake until chilled.
2. Strain mixture into 2 glasses filled with ice. Add ⅓ cup of Sunny with a Chance of Flowers Sauvignon Blanc to each glass.
3. Top with a splash of sparkling water and a sprinkle of pink peppercorns.
4. If desired, garnish with strawberries and edible flowers.
