3 oz. Sunny Bubbly Rosé
1.5 oz. Freshly squeezed and strained pink grapefruit juice
1/2 oz. St Germain elderflower liqueur
1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Grapefruit slices, for garnish
Combine Bubbly Rosé, grapefruit juice, St. Germain and lemon juice in a glass and stir until combined. Add ice to separate glass and strain the cocktail over the ice. Serve with grapefruit slice and fresh mint leaves.
