Sunny Sauvignon Blanc Lemon Sorbet Affogato

A sunshine-inspired twist on the classic Italian dessert, this affogato swaps espresso for a splash of our crisp, citrusy Sunny Sauvignon Blanc — poured over lemon sorbet for the ultimate warm-weather treat. It’s tart, sweet, and just enough to feel like a celebration.

Ingredients:

  • 2 generous scoops of lemon sorbet

  • 1/2 cup Sunny with a Chance of Flowers Sauvignon Blanc (chilled)

  • Fresh mint or lemon zest, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Scoop the lemon sorbet into two small dessert glasses or coupe glasses.

  2. Right before serving, pour chilled Sunny Sauvignon Blanc over the sorbet.

  3. Garnish with a sprig of mint or a sprinkle of lemon zest, if desired.

  4. Grab a spoon (or a straw!) and enjoy immediately.
