Ingredients:

2 generous scoops of lemon sorbet

1/2 cup Sunny with a Chance of Flowers Sauvignon Blanc (chilled)

Fresh mint or lemon zest, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:

Scoop the lemon sorbet into two small dessert glasses or coupe glasses.

Right before serving, pour chilled Sunny Sauvignon Blanc over the sorbet.
